I don't see why not, especially if you have a magic WLS card to show them. If they still don't believe you or give you a hard time, you can always just lift your shirt. No free shows though if you happen to be female. Lol.

I have a friend whose first meal out was a Red Lobster and tried a grilled lobster tail. Said it just sat in his stomach and was very uncomfortable. I'd say try to keep things as moist as possible.

My first meal out was at RL I got the bacon wrapped shrimp and mixed veggies.. Came.with 12 shrimp I ate 3 meals from it but it was grilled and tasty.

lunch at olive garden (chicken spiedini). Did the picture attach?

Love chicken spiedini. I was bummed out last time I was at the OG. It wasn't on the menu anymore.

They didn't have the small plates menu at my OG in Texas- I was bummed :(

I ate at an OG in early January of this year. It's was in Texarkana, TX. My favorite dish was gone!

I haven't been to any around the DFW area which is home to me.

I still like butter :(

I'll need to minus that out.

*cries*

I looked up the menus to all the ones in the mid-cities and no small plates or the chicken dish :(. I got the salmon and had 3 meals off of it.

That stinks. I should make my own spiedini. I used to eat it there quite a bit when I was on my last diet before surgery. I used to eat it in Dover, Delaware when I was a contractor for the state.

Sure' date=' still have the table menu in front of me:

Tortelloni al Forno

Shrimp Crostini

Sausage Fonduta

Bruschetta Duo

Grill chicken Spiedini (I had this)

Sicilian Meatbslls (next time!)

Pan Seared Mozzarella

Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

The Chicken Spiedini had 4 oz of chicken and I had a single bite of wife's salad. Perfect size![/quote']

Wow these sound awesome I didn't know they had those

This may have already been mentioned, but Red Lobster has an awesome broiled Canadian Walleye! The lunch size is a meal plus two more with the leftovers. I'm allergic to shellfish but my friends like to go there.
