  5. I am almost 9 lost post op... and have been at a stall for like 2 months. I am -63lb and I'm working on my last 45lb but the scale isn't moving at all!! The beginning of January I started working out 5-6 days a week 1-2hrs a day... burning anywhere from 500-1000cal a day. I do weights, spin classes, toning classes, cross fit, c25k & sprint intervals on my treadmill.. so i do a variety of different things. I use MFP to track everything... I currently have it set to eat 1200cal a day and I aim for 60-90g Protein a day. what am I doing wrong?! am I not eating enough calories bc I am burning so many a day by working out? is my body in starvation mode? help me out!!!! need to get to my 1 year surgivercy goal of -100 or close to it! Sarah

  14. yes happened to me too. literally as soon as I had 2 sips of my protein shake... I had to RUN and I mean run to the bathroom. I was afraid to go out anywhere lol. liquid in... liquid out.
  15. I had mine done on Wednesday... came home on Friday.... I think Monday or Tuesday.. so less then a week.. my head nurse said as long as it doesn't hurt me I am fine. until then I laid on my side where there was less of an incision and hugged a pillow. I hate sleeping on my back!!!!
  16. ugh I can't get mine to work. I did custom and when I put 25% protein which is 69g.. it automatically adjusts the fat to like 40% which is 49g and carbs to 35% which is 96!!!! it wants me to all the %s to equal 100. :/ what am I doing wrong???? lol
  17. Anyone mess around with the custom goal settings in MFP? If so what are the percentages of protien, carbs, and fat you set? i have my calories set to 1100. i am 5.5 months post op.
