I am almost 9 lost post op... and have been at a stall for like 2 months. I am -63lb and I'm working on my last 45lb but the scale isn't moving at all!!
The beginning of January I started working out 5-6 days a week 1-2hrs a day... burning anywhere from 500-1000cal a day. I do weights, spin classes, toning classes, cross fit, c25k & sprint intervals on my treadmill.. so i do a variety of different things.
I use MFP to track everything... I currently have it set to eat 1200cal a day and I aim for 60-90g Protein a day. what am I doing wrong?! am I not eating enough calories bc I am burning so many a day by working out? is my body in starvation mode? help me out!!!! need to get to my 1 year surgivercy goal of -100 or close to it!
