What is your post-op full liquid meal for the day like?

I was sleeved a week ago and am now on a full liquid diet. I have no idea if I'm drinking enough or too much, so what is your full liquid meal for the day like?

8:00 a.m. 1 cup decaf coffee

10 a.m. 1/2 cup Fage 0 Greek Yogurt, mixed with Splenda

11:00 a.m. 1 cup water

11:30 a.m. Protein Drink (Unjury chicken flavor)

12:15 p.m. 1 cup water

1:00 p.m. 1/3 cup cottage cheese

4:30 p.m. Protein Drink (Unjury Chicken flavor)

5:30 p.m. . 1 cup water

This sounds great expect my doc won't let me have anything other than Protein shakes, Jello, broth, popsicles and tea. That's IT for three full weeks! I'm so jealous of people who get yogurt or purred Soups or cream soups! I'm stinking going nuts for Something else Anything else and god, some savory please :0(

I know how you feel. I could lose a whole person and still be fat as hell! :P

I was not hungry and didn't have cravings at first. I realize not everyone is so lucky.

Try the unjury chicken Protein powder. It makes a nice change from the sweet ones.

I have a couple ounces at a time of protein drink. 1 atkins and 1 pure protein. 12 oz each and combined=50 grams of protein. I also have a 32 oz bottle of powerade zero. I have also been having a can of creamed soup each day. Not all at once and strained of course to get rid of the chunks of chicken or mushroom.

This is more or less what I've been eating plus a yogurt or applesauce.

kool-aid and splenda in yogurt sounds interesting

the diet she put up sounds great but I just had my surgery on Tuesday and my doctor just told me liquid first 2 weeks so I'd rather call you doctor and make sure i basically drink a different juices nothing with pulp in it and jello and ice pops that's it I crave stuff but not really hungry before my surgery I wasn't told to do a pre op Im 22 and was 201 now I'm 190 let's gooooo everyone we will get threw this summer is right around the corner make sure everyone drinks alottttt liquids

I was supposed to have a cup of milk every hour on liquid diet and only water, popsicles, and broth. the things that saved me were powerade slush from sonic (non carbonated ) and we have Bahama Buck's here. They have an entire sugar free/carb free menu for shaved ice.

My approach is a little different. I take a bottle of grape frost isopure and sip that throughout the day. I then take some yogurt measure it out to about a half of a cup and add my nectar powder to it and will "eat" that a couple times of day. It is too difficult to measure out my yogurt and nectar powder etc. because it is such a small amount that I eat at a sitting. It is better for me to just know I had this amount during the whole day. I was eating watered down cream soups, but there was no protein in there so I stopped that. I have no problem drinking water throughout the day. Last night I made beef stew and drank the broth...oooooh heavenly! But yeah instead of measuring out each meal it is easier for me to just measure for the whole day and then aim to eat/drink whatever it is. And I add it into my fitness pal so I can see what the protein is etc.
