Newbie...April 2013 surgery
- Any March 29 Sleevers?
congrats!!!!!! Im waiting for doc to send my request for approval.- Does everyone have a pre-op liquid diet?
were you required to see a nutritionist? My insurance required me to do so and she gave me a specific diet to follow several weeks prior to surgery. She said thete is a liquid diet I would need to follow 2 weeks prior to surgery.- Any regrets?
I haven't been sleeved yet either...but thanks for posting this. I only hear the good stuff too. I just went to a preop support meeting tonight and a woman forewarned us about the tube that needs to be removed a week after surgery...and it was painful! anyone have anything similar to this?- Anyone sleeved the week of Jan 7th? Progress?
I am sorry to pry, but what type of complications did you have?- Nervous waitting & primary Dr.
I hope he does too. My pcp has been super supportive but her staff sucks and you have to ask them more than twice for anything.- PCP holding up insurance submission

- hey I see yall as family in another state. we help each other out every moment of the day.
I'm 29 from New York City. My name Nycky. I am a single mom with an 8 year old daughter. I have two dogs. I am the youngest of three and the only girl. My family migrated from the Philippines when I was an infant and I spent most of my life in NYC. My parents and two older brothers each bought the houses next door to me, so I have so much family support. I spend most of my free time invested in my daughter's school, church, and extracurricular life. I'm a Girl Scouts leader, assistant track coach, and coordinator of various church activities. After investing many years in healthcare services, I decided to work closer to home to be with my daughter and now work in a church and a security firm and dabble in video production.- February Sleevers
