  9. were you required to see a nutritionist? My insurance required me to do so and she gave me a specific diet to follow several weeks prior to surgery. She said thete is a liquid diet I would need to follow 2 weeks prior to surgery.
  10. I haven't been sleeved yet either...but thanks for posting this. I only hear the good stuff too. I just went to a preop support meeting tonight and a woman forewarned us about the tube that needs to be removed a week after surgery...and it was painful! anyone have anything similar to this?

  15. I hope he does too. My pcp has been super supportive but her staff sucks and you have to ask them more than twice for anything.

  17. I'm 29 from New York City. My name Nycky. I am a single mom with an 8 year old daughter. I have two dogs. I am the youngest of three and the only girl. My family migrated from the Philippines when I was an infant and I spent most of my life in NYC. My parents and two older brothers each bought the houses next door to me, so I have so much family support. I spend most of my free time invested in my daughter's school, church, and extracurricular life. I'm a Girl Scouts leader, assistant track coach, and coordinator of various church activities. After investing many years in healthcare services, I decided to work closer to home to be with my daughter and now work in a church and a security firm and dabble in video production.
