Has anybody else had this happen?

Recommended Posts

Yesterday, I drank 12 cups of Water, ate 3 meals and had 2 Snacks, like I'm supposed to. I didn't have any problem getting anything down and felt really good.

Today, is a completely different story. I still feel OK, physically, yet I can't eat much. I can only get down about a 3rd of what I ate per meal/snack yesterday. I'm still working on my 2nd cup of Water for the day...it just isn't going down very good and I'm getting full, very quickly.

It's not necessarily a bad thing, I don't guess...it's just weird to me.

Has anyone else had this happen? Do you know why? Can anyone offer any insight into my situation? Thanks in advance!

I have definitely had that happen I think it's somewhat common. Sometimes there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. But I notice sometimes if I'm nervous or tense about something coming up in my day, my sleeve feels extra restrictive.

Yes' date=' for me, each day is different. Some days I can get in everything just fine, and others I get full much quicker. Not sure why this happens. It could be the types of food your are eating (like chicken vs. fish), etc. Some Proteins just sit longer than others.[/quote']

Thanks. That makes sense.. I have been eating the same stuff, though. I tend to do the same things for a few days in a row and I do notice that sometimes 2oz fills me perfectly, sometimes it doesn't feel like enough and other times, it's too much. It's so odd...lol

This makes a lot of sense to me... I've felt kinda nervous all day. It was just so weird going from getting everything in, to struggling and having Water fill me up.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
