Has anybody else had this happen?

Yesterday, I drank 12 cups of Water, ate 3 meals and had 2 Snacks, like I'm supposed to. I didn't have any problem getting anything down and felt really good.

Today, is a completely different story. I still feel OK, physically, yet I can't eat much. I can only get down about a 3rd of what I ate per meal/snack yesterday. I'm still working on my 2nd cup of water for the day...it just isn't going down very good and I'm getting full, very quickly.

It's not necessarily a bad thing, I don't guess...it's just weird to me.

Has anyone else had this happen? Do you know why? Can anyone offer any insight into my situation? Thanks in advance!

I have definitely had that happen I think it's somewhat common. Sometimes there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. But I notice sometimes if I'm nervous or tense about something coming up in my day, my sleeve feels extra restrictive.

Thanks. That makes sense.. I have been eating the same stuff, though. I tend to do the same things for a few days in a row and I do notice that sometimes 2oz fills me perfectly, sometimes it doesn't feel like enough and other times, it's too much. It's so odd...lol

This makes a lot of sense to me... I've felt kinda nervous all day. It was just so weird going from getting everything in, to struggling and having Water fill me up.

Lol... I know this whole ride has been weird :)
