It's powdered Peanut Butter. Has like 85% less fat, but still tastes just like peanuts. I shop at kroger and in my store they keep it with the organic foods. It's a little more expensive, like $5, but it is a great Protein addition to smoothies.< /p>

It's a powdered Peanut Butter that is low fat/low calorie and higher in Protein. I've heard it's really good, but I haven't tried it yet. It's kind of expensive I think. I like regular peanut butter, and it's not like I can eat alot of it being sleeved. lol

Do you have to order it online? Or where can you get it? Is there a specific brand to

Look for?

you can order it through Amazon.com but my local store carries it where the protien powders are, so I grabbed some there...

Yeah, if you go to their website they have a huge list of where it's sold. Once you try it, if you like it, it's best to buy it on Amazon in 1lb vaccume packs.

Yeah, it's not so bad if you get it through Amazon. I think the 1 lb. bag runs me like $8 or so and it lasts for weeks (depending on how much peanut buttery goodness I crave).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
