lunchables. ...

Have any of you ever thought about taking these to work for lunch or a snack? The ones with the turkey cheese and crackers and small piece of candy? I thought about this and just eating the meat and cheese cuz it's portioned perfectly for a sleeve. And they very cheap at the grocery stores also.

Here's my opinion of lunchables: Way expensive for low-quality food... throw a piece of meat into a zip lock bag with a cheese stick and save a bunch of money.

Read the label for calories, sodium, preservatives and fat. Crap food. Since we can eat so little, make it count nutritionally.

I agree and the meat and cheese in a lot of those have extra preservatives and imitation cheese. It's just as easy to put a slice of meat and a slice of cheese in a ziplock.

Get a bento box. Cook yourself a turkey breast, chicken breast/thigh or ham steak and cut it up. Ditto for some real cheese (vs. "cheesefood") - slice it yourself. Throw in some blue berries for good measure. Bam, you have your very own do-it-yourself lunchable with a ton more nutrition. AND I promise that it will taste way better!!!!

I think occasionally it would be fine. Not the best quality of food, but as long as you don't have them all the time i don't see any harm in it.

The actual lunchable tray is perfect for sleevers, for sure.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
