I'm still pre-sleeve but have been adding extra Protein to my diet and in attempting to find a greek yogurt I like I added about a tblsp of natural PB and tsp. of splenda to yoplait greek. It was pretty good..and for after surgery PB2 would be what's needed. Building my Protein arsenal! :)

For Greek Yogurt I buy the plain non fat variety and I add 1 tablespoon of sugar free Torani Syrup to Greek Yogurt. For Fiber I add 1 - 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds.

Just saw this link from a foodie who did a taste comparison b/w PB2 and peanut flour (same idea) from Trader Joe's. She says the TJs version is just about as good (she does advise adding a little salt) and costs almost 2/3 less. Plus if you have a local TJs, less hassle.

Could be a major savings for you PB nuts (pun intended:)

PB2 with chocolate added to my dannon lit & fit yogurt is amazing!!! 1 tbsp added to vanilla. I wasn't getting enough calories or Protein in and this was a yummy way to do it!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
