My mom and I are flying into LAX on 3/14 to visit some friends. We are driving to SAN on 3/17 to meet our TJ ride at 5pm. We're flying out of SAN on 3/22 in the afternoon.

Started mine yesterday. BMI is 57. Trying like heck to hit 49. Two Protein shakes to replace Breakfast and lunch. High protein/low carb dinner. 3rd Protein shake if I'm ravenously hungry. I'm using MyFitnessPal to track my meals and progress.

Thanks. I hope those shakes r good. I just got back from Sam's Club buying a 12 pack for $18.88. I don't need them for a another six weeks but I thought I would start stocking up. I have heard a lot of people talking about the Premier Protein Shakes on this forum.
