My original date was the 18th.. but on Jan 30th my daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I postponed but her tumour was removed on Feb 5th and we found out it was benign so we are already home. My date is now the 20th can't wait!

Red flag? not at all. LIMARP where I'm going--in 2012 had a 0% major complication rate due to the very strict pre and post of guides. Am I paying a lot more then most? Yes I am, but I want the best good luck and like Amanda said research, research research!!

Anyone going around this time?

How tall are you Amanda?

My BMI is at 63, so very high as well. I'm not required to lose a certain amount before surgery, but my pre op is a lot longer (10 weeks) where the usual is 4 with my surgeon.

I'm flying out sometime on the 22nd as well I'll let you when I know! what is your preop like? I start mine Monday... I have an extended pre op since I'm starting out at 365

sounds great! I'll have some broth in you honour are you flying in on the 17th? I don't know my flight details yet as the company is the one who books everything but I just know I'll be flying into San Diego sometime on the 17th!

haha ! I'll be staying in the Grand Hotel Tijuana... its the other "tower" from the hospital aka the "twin towers" in TJ.
