I've only lost 36 lbs. and on 12/19/12 it will be 3 months :-( I gave up already and don't let it get to me anymore, i noticed that when i least weight myself that's when i do loose weight, so don't pay no mind and just keep going :-) Good Luck !!

Try Lil Miss Divas bootcamp, i heard it works well to kick a stall. But stall's are common; your body will lose inches and not weight to catch up.....did you take measurements pre-op?

I have started to see a pattern in my stalls and what I do when they break.

Changing the type and intensity of exercise (much higher in training zone bpm for heart rate) and doubling the time one day, skip a day, then again, is like putting jumper cables on my stalls. Not sure if it will work for you, but worth trying to see what happens in the few days after.

You need to RAISE your calories. Maybe just 100-200 more. Your body is in starvation mode. It has gotten used to the calorie reduction and is holding on to that fat stored for dear life! Also Water. The more you drink the less you hold on to. When I get stuck I up to a gallon a day and a few pounds melt off the next week.

I had a stall for 3 weeks. I stopped exercising for a week and i started back a week later and it broke my stall. so with that being said you have to do something different in order to break your stall.

Good Luck!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
