Hello I found this forum through a member of OH. Just wnated to say Hello. I was banded on September 18th. Am struggling with staying on track.

Hi Kathaleen, Welcome to the lapband forum and to lapband. See you have'nt been banded to long,probably have'nt had your first fill yet. You are still healing from your surgery. It will get better I promise.Read this board and you will find a lot of good info. If I can help ans. any questions for you just let me know.

Thanks so much ...hope to be a regulay! I'm sure you all have alot to help me with. I get my first fill on thw 2nd of Nov. Hope it helps cause right now I feel like before the surgery. No restriction & no willpower :help:
