Looks like I won't be able to go until February 18 now. Stupid Fiscal Cliff delayed filing returns till the 30th n that's how I'm paying for my surgery.

I am going this Friday i think I'm going to try to imitate Optifast. Which is pretty much all liquid. Dr. Garcia just has us drinking to shakes and one meal.

I am going this Friday i think I'm going to try to imitate Optifast. Which is pretty much all liquid. Dr. Garcia just has us drinking to shakes and one meal.

Medifast is similar and a little cheaper

I don't know why I thought it said all liquids for 2 weeks, I will have to go and re-read that paperwork.
