In taking multi vitamins but I want to find some that focuses on hair skin and nails also

You csn take biotin or zinc my doctor prescribed them to me... I tried zinc but it made me feel nausea then he changed it to Biotin

I noticed the same think with taking Biotin. My hair is growing faster than typical. I am still pre-op but not too early to start!

I'm losing so much hair, were you losing your hair? I had the surgery almost six months ago and I'm only down 32 lbs.... Not too happy! Any suggestions from anyone would be great!

How much Protein are you getting in daily? If your intake is low that could explain the slow weight loss & excessive shedding.

Try Biotin it has work for me.

How many milligrams did you get 1000,5000 or 7500? I know now it was because of low protein!

I to have hair loss but I keep my hair braided and slap my lace front which is a wig so I don't have to do to much to my own hair but this time when I took my wig off my edges was thin I started to cry..... so biotin here I come and baby don't be bald but was sleeved aug this year and down 77 so I really can't complain

I take biotin and zinc, the zinc does make me nauseous but it's getting better. Pre surgery but on a liver diet so I needed the boost. Nails were splitting and peeling so this has helped. Not noticed a lot on hair except its oilier. I take 5000 of the biotin.

I get tiny tablets of 7500mg of Biotin from Puritans Pride online.

Omega 3 also.
