  1. My pre-op diet was the same as yours. I actually had no issue with it because I found a protein shake I liked. I loved the EAS low carb shakes.
  2. Good luck tomorrow! You will be fine!
  3. My husband was very supportive on my decision. I don't know what I would have done without his support. He was very worried the day of and after surgery, but my surgeon reassured him everything went well.
  4. You look great! best of luck!
  5. My cycles have been wonky ever since surgery. My last cycle lasted two weeks. I am sure it gets better as time goes on
  6. I forget to eat all the time now. My doctor isnt very happy about that.
  7. I am still trying to figure out what to do myself. I have two pairs of pants that fit. Everything else is so large it falls off. :X

  9. I used to eat that pre surgery. I loved it.
  10. My doctor allowed them. I can't handle the smell or taste.
  11. Yeah I have the same "issue". I couldn't find a better word instead of issue, because to me this is GREAT! I take a break for ten minutes and try again. I never go over or even near 1/2 cup of food.
  12. I found my soulmate. True love is out there.
  13. My surgeon had me shower everyday with Hibiclens for five days before surgery. I also had to swab my nostrils with mupirocin twice daily.
  14. I am a little bit older than you. I am 24 and from PA. I was very nervous but I feel like it was the best decision I made. I am five weeks post op. Good luck girl!
  15. That's weird my doctor never told me no sex.
  16. Finally up to 30 lbs lost since surgery and up to 83lbs lost total! I haven't been having much issues. I even have tried beef, chicken, pasta and etc. with no ill effects
  17. I agree with you. Pre and Post up I cannot stand fat in meat. I really only eat ground meat. I have a tough time with chicken breast sometimes too.
  18. I was eating plain Fage but recently I discovered Chobani Champions. It's made for kids but its AWESOME. It's blended which is great because I not supposed to have fruit chunks.
  19. I mainly stuck to greek yogurt and protein shakes.
  20. Puritans Pride has a bunch of options, pill and liquid form. http://www.puritan.com/calcium-magnesium-169?filter=&Mcid=&Page=0&sortOrder=2#tab=tab-1
  21. Thanks for your responses everyone!!! Silly hormones
  22. I agree with this. I was told and signed a promise "contract" to not get pregnant before 18 months.
  23. I get tiny tablets of 7500mg of Biotin from Puritans Pride online.
  24. Woohoo for poo! LOL! What kind of laxatives did you take?
  25. I tried looking for topics on this issue but couldnt find any that matched my issue... Anywho... I started my period today but I am only on week 3 of my birth control pills! GRR!! I am almost 1 month out of surgery. Did this happen to any of you ladies? I figured my birth control pill would still be able to regulate my cycle... guess not. Yes, I have not missed any pills and I take it at 6:30AM on the dot everyday without fail. My body hates me I suppose! :'(
