I don't think it's that bad. Sorry I haven't lost enough to have loose skin.

I figure loose skin is way better than the alternative. I would post my pics, but I don't like seeing unclothed pictures of myself, or allowing anyone else to see them either! LOL

I don't think it is that bad..I have always been clever at hiding weight..soon I will have to hide the skin. ..I never see skin pics..no one posts..that nk you fir sharing with us

I'm very similar, I will try to get some posted.

I've lost 104 lbs in 6 months since my surgery May 15, my tummy, boobs, thighs, and arms are suffering! I have my plastics scheduled, I see no other option- and I'm okay with that.

If you are referring to me- you can see my intake and out put on myfitnesspal mylifeinpink1 is my id.

Yes, I worked out for at least 20 minutes twice a day. Walking inside and out, hiking, and now I cycle also. For the first 6 months this every day.

Now I'm cycling once a day or walking twice a day.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
