  5. Remind yourself that its much easier to get pregnant without the extra weight. Site plus is when you do start trying it will be that much easier I do know someone who got pregnant 5 months after surgery. It was an oops baby but she carried to term and the baby was healthy. She continued to watch her diet while pregnant.

  7. I have a protein bar for breakfast every morning. I also eat raw fruit as a snack and raw veggies. I've had no issues all on my allowed list and I'm just shy of 2 months out.
  8. My nut and dr approved nuts of all kinds after 6 weeks. They are a great source of protein. As long as you chewed really well you will be fine.
  9. Only clear liquids the day before surgery. I was 316. I don't know what he does with everyone else I never asked. My liver was/is ideal size and "texture". My dr said I was in his top 5 of easiest surgeries he's ever done. I was/am over weight but never had any health issues from my weight
  10. I lost 35 in the first month. But everyone is different.

  16. I look at my plate and realize for the first thanksgiving in my life I won't be able to finish the small amount or go for seconds. I was able to have a bite of everything I like and was done. It feels good to walk away but what a serious moment of reality that this is a whole new life!!

  18. I'm wanting a size 10. It's less about the number on the scale and more about size. I'm tall with larger hips and breasts (will be large with weight loss since they were big in my you get years).
  19. Came home thurs and had sex Friday. I was on top so no pushing in my incisions
  20. Cereal is allowed in my diet. I don't have it often and typically since my lunch and dinner are seriously protein filled I don't concern myself too much with that part. I've lost 50 lbs in 7 weeks and ive not avoided much of what others do. I think it's all up to your dr, nut and your body
  21. I'm 7 weeks but have been eating regular food as of 6 weeks. Although I started trying things a week before that. I've tried almost everything and have had no issues at all. But my surgery and recovery have been very Uneventful. I've lost 50 lbs as of today so clearly I'm not affecting my lose
  22. I'll be eating a little of everything. Im 7 weeks out on regular foods an have had no issues with anything at all
