Sleeved In August. Hungery And Eating A Lot More.

Recommended Posts

I was sleeved on August. 14th. Starting around October 30th I have lost my "full" feeling. Struggling with eating. I am getting all my liquids but, I do not feel the "full" feeling I have had since my surgery !!!!! I am not losing weight because I have the loss of control!!! Scared to fail!!! Was doing great. Went from 268-167. Have tried to go back to the basics but can not stick to it. I am terrified!!! Any suggestions????? Please help!!!

Sorry. 238-167. Miss typed. Still is good. 71 pounds but it was because I could neer eat much and now I am not feeling that "full" feeling. Find myself with the lack of control I had before. How are you doing with eating???

Yes 71 lbs is great, I'm doing fine I guess I can eat probably a half tv dinner at 1 sitting or eating out I can get in like 5 OZs food sometimes 6 then a couple hours later I'm hungry again so I just try to hold out until next meal, if I can't I eat veggies :/

I am 5 months out and I have only lost 71 lbs, so you are doing great! I just kind of graze all day. All six of my meals are about 2-2.5 ounces and I have been finding some really yummy high Protein recipes at food.com I try new recipes all the time. They are healthy, high in protein and yummy so I don't feel like I am on diet food.< /p>

Your body is probably setting off alarms that something is not right here at all!

All hands on deck. Emergency.

You are ultimately in control, though (believe it or not).

What is going to happen if you are hungry? Nothing.

Add chia seeds to your food. Work in more Fiber. Double up your PPI to morning and evening.

Exercise more. Not that I know what will work, but there is something that will do the trick, its just finding out what.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
