    Not so well here, I have made a lot of unhealthy food choices and havent been excersizing *cringe* (so hard to admit). I am still trying to figure out when I am full and oh my, head hunger is no joke!! I got some great advice on here to get back to the basics and start treating my sleeve better before I destroy it. Stories like yours reminds me it is possible for me to get to where I want to be! I just need to make better choices :)
