I had my surgery 15 months ago and I have lost 133 lbs, we are building our dream home, a log cabin and I was climbing the ladder (something that I couldn't do before at 334 lbs) to look in the loft and my husband took this photo, sometimes I still can't believe it's me, the first pic is on surgery day. Today is my 1 year surgiversary! I have lost 125 lbs and over 96 inches off of my body (that's 8 feet of fat!) I'm so glad I did this for myself, I feel better than I have felt in 30 years! 335 lbs Day before surgery 334.9 lbs Today 211 lbs! Sent from Gaye's iPad Mini using VST- Before and After Pics
The main thing I would say is that you are going to feel really weak and tired and no energy for about a month or month and a half, but it will pass and you will start feeling better than you have all your life! Just do everything exactly as the Dr says and you will do great! Sent from Gaye's iPad Mini using VST- Before and After Pics
