  7. Hey, Tovanta I'm doing we'll I just got over an 3 week stall I just stopped getting on the scale. Finally last week decide to weigh in and was down 8 lbs!! Haven't really been trying different foods as I should. I have a salad sometimes twice a day fish, green beans and almonds, craisins for a snack. I've had snow crabs also really yummy! DOS weight was 273
  8. Irish, I'm 7 Weeks out surgery 7/30/12 and started eating salad about 2 Weeks ago my Dr, said it was fine so I've had salad everyday since. However others say different

  10. I stalled at 3 Weeks PO and it lasted I think about 4 Weeks I stopped getting on the scale. Finally got on the scale last week and was down 6lbs and checked again the next day was down 2 more lbs. I always use the scale at my Dr, office.

  12. I'm also here in Texas my friend had gastric bypass with medicaid because of diabetes. Also you can write letters to the father & Son team here in Houston Dr,Davis maybe they will help I know they have before. Talk to ur Dr, and see if he could lead u in getting help. Please don't give up it has been done under medicaid./medicare. It depends on what it Dr. oh yea I know this lady who for sleeved I'm Nov. Using medicaid I will text her in the morning and ask her what to do. What city are u in?
  13. I'm still having a hard time myself. I eat a lot of salad with avocado, green beans, tuna fish sometimes chicken if it's really moist. My Dr, told me to try everything but still working on that. Also he wants me to wing off the protein shakes that's hard. Oh I can eat one egg with cheese but not to often cause it makes me too full. Haven't tried bread and don't plan to.
  14. Yes this happen to me 2010 at Fiesta TExas!!! Exact same thing lord knows I was so embrassed. Everyone was watching and whispering oh I will never forget that day. Went too Disney 2011 didn't attempt to ride any rides. Finally I'm sleeved 7/30/12 and down 33 lbs but still not prepared to try again

  16. #dcl what are u eating? I have a protein shake every morning for breakfast. Today for lunch I had a tiny salad with avocado it was soo good but cld eat a very little. For dinner I will have more salad and fish. Still stall went for my 1 mth visit Dr, told me not to worry about it. I walk 2 miles every morning so I thought that wld have help with the weight loss...
