As The Stomach Rumbles....

Recommended Posts

Is anyone else experiencing loud rumblings after eating? How embarrassing sitting in a meeting & this happens! I know I didn't eat fast at all & I always wait 1/2 hour to drink....

I get it too. Most people can't hear it though.

I had it when I was giving a test...it was deadly quiet. I just figured that maybe it sounds a lot louder to me because I can "feel" it, too? I don't think the kids noticed.

A common occurrence. Get used to it. It isn't the end of the world. When it happens, just look at the person next to you like it was them. Bet they won't say a thing...K

OMG That made me laugh out loud!! I need a good laugh I'm going to do that!

Your title made me laugh out loud!

I haven't had surgery yet, but I've been experimenting with Protein Shakes today and let me tell you...Wow! My stomach has been griping and grumbling for hours...this would not be good after surgery, I don't think!

13 days out and yes, I hear it. I have been asking people I've been eating with if they hear it and they *claim* ;) they don't!

Oh yeah, lots of rumbling here all the time. It is not just related to drinking and eating, but I cannot be too certain because I am always either drinking or eating. LOL! I eat a little Protein every 3 hours and am drinking otherwise. I keep filling up my 32 ounce cup several times during the day ( at least 4 so know I am drinking enough).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
