I exercise everyday and I eat really healthy and drink 4 20 oz bottles of water a day. Thank you all for the compliment , I am so happy I got my sleeve . It makes me such a healthier person ))) I give you my best on your upcoming surgery!

I got sleeved on Monday. Thank you. I can't wait to get back to gym. All of my weight is in my stomach so I'm really want to try and lose good there.

That is awesome!! 2 weeks post-op, I've lost 20 so I hope to do as well as you. I am walking or doing the staionary bike for about 20-30 min....should I do more? I am waiting til I am 4 weeks post-op before I go back to ZUmba.

Any exercise in my opinion is good . I waited until my fourth week to go to the gym. Best wishes to you
