Cilantro Lime Rice

1 head of cauliflower

1/2 white onion

1 mini cube of knorr cilantro seasoning

1/2 lime juice

Sauté onion in a little bit of evoo, add cauliflower sauté til soft add cilantro seasoning and lime juice and enjoy.

Unable to eat rice. But sounds like a great recipe.

If I'm reading the recipe right, it doesn't actually call for rice but uses cauliflower instead of the rice. OP can confirm that for us :rolleyes:

Sounds like a good recipe. Cant eat rice yet but want to keep this one for future. What is evoo?
