Hey whats up every1 been mia fo a lil bit. Alot goin on. Last few months have been crazy as i started a new job, playing in my pool league, looking for a house, loosing this weight. Im down 82 lbs so far doin great feelin great about to kick it up a few notches with mma training. I have had the same fear. I try to think that every pound i loose big or small its gone for good im going to do what i can to make sure it doesnt. Stick with it. Your body could still be adjusting from the surgery.

Im about 2 mo post op. But b4 i started my preop diet i ate stuff i knew i was going to miss. then went head first into my preop diet. Yall can do it. Pre-op can be a little rough its new just stick to it u got it. Good luck

No but i did have a moment of silence for the part that was removed.... We had many good meals together. Apart of me was taken away when it left. Wait thats y i had the surgery Lol

My grandfather is diabetic and it was the first think i thought of but he eats cool whip from time to time. He showed me the sugars in it. It was like 1 or 2 grams of sugar in both reg and sf and I think it only has 1 or 2 carbs. Its a good dessert or snack and even the rest of the fam can enjoy it. Some ppl even add walnuts. I love it w/ pineapple but tried it with mixed fruits instead.

We used to make this all the time. Then i looked at the ingredients and tweeked it to boost protein. U need Sugar free jello (strawberry, cherry or other flavor) un-made small box Whipped creme Can of fruit Protein powder(unflavored) Container (medium size)of fat free cottage cheese Pour cottage cheese in bowl Add jello mix package Add 1/2 ish of whipped creme/cool whip Add fruit after straining most of juice I add 2 spoons of protein powder(spoon as in the one that came with the powder) Mix put in fridge for an hr or so The cottage cheese has 19g protein per serving then boosting that with the protein powder. It taste good. I made some with rasberry and used too much cool whip so i would reduce it to 1/2 bowl of whipped creme. U can always add more cool whip. I went in to my appointment. They said i was doing good. I am a total of 58.5 lbs down. Feelin good. They cleared me for full workout(weights) as well as fruits and veggies raw/cooked. Im aiming for 75 in the next 3 months. Hoping to complete a 5k. 58-lbs gone... Gone for good. See ya It was funny one of the other nurses asked how i was doin she said she could see the difference. Fam and friends have said the same. Good to hear.

I have insomnia which i have been sleeping ok until this last week. I have been up till until at least 4am or till 6am. Deff gotta get this fixed soon

Im working towards a 5k zombie run in march here in dallas. Thats my goal. Im walking 2 miles now bumping up the incline and speed trying to push it.

I have been craving apple juice. I have been having trouble getting my liquids in so some watered down(melted ice) has been great at helping get my liquids in.

Is anything in the works on this i can deff try to help out if needed?

Has anyone tried this. It says one serving has 30g of Protein. MHP® Power Pak Pudding™ -Chocolate Just wondering if it taste like protein or if its decent. Also if its the right protein. I figured it would be great to get 2 in a day if it is. [ATTACH]6841[/ATTACH]

I was the same. Three days b4 my surgery i got a cold congested and coughing it sucked i thought they were going to postpone it. Surgery went good coughing sucked. I didnt think the pillow thing would work... It did. You should be good to go. Hope u get over it fast and recovery is smooth

My grandfather used to say i needed to lose weight so did my grandmother. Jr high and high school kids i grew up with made fun of me. I learned to let i roll off my back so i made the jokes b4 any1 else could. I still heard it but it is what it is. I do think its funny when i go to a fam members house and they have the chairs below and say sit down... Im like yeah right thats not fm certified( fat man certified) lol My uncle used to say i had more jelly rolls than duncan donuts Hell i got big boy kips tattooed on my leg lol But my uncles and grandfather are my biggest support. I only lost 8. Lbs my 2 wks too i wasnt exercising though i was getting over a cold. Im starting my walking(trying for 2 miles today) this wk. My 2wk check up was last tues.

Gotta agree with rootman on this. There is a line at work and we gotta stay about 3 ft behind it at times. U dont know how it will be accepted. Guys says u look pretty might land u in HR for hitting on a co-worker these days. But why not accept the compliment that was given at least it was noticed right. Compliment was true btw
