Not sure if I will like it or not never had it out of the pouch but I picked it up because of the high protien low cal

does anyone has a recommendation for a exercise that helps tighten or get rid of fat from the inner thigh area my legs aren't huge but my inner thighs rub together and its driving me crazy

So the salmon in a pouch (like tuna) what's a good recipe I ve never made anything with that before also not a fan of mayo or mircle whip these days

That's what I was afarid of taking if I did take my fluid pill becoming dehydrated so I get why my surgeon stopped them I get in about 60oz of fluid but I know that's bare minimum that I need but why am I building up fluid. Right now the only thing I take is toprol xl 50mg I guess I will call tomorrow I don't see a cardiovascular dr anymore my pcp has been managing my bp but I haven't seen him since surgery

I find it so much easier to "talk" on here than in person to someone I get so uncomfortable I've never been good with talking my feelings out to someone else ugh just thinkin about talkin to someone gives me a huge stress ball in my stomach as far as drinkin how do you over come that uncomfortable feeling when sharing in person

Before surgery I was taking a fluid pill for excess fluid and to help with high blood pressure my BP is pretty normal now the dr told me not to take them anymore but I notice now I have swelling and excess fluid in my lower legs and feet I am however still on a beta blocker as my pluse is still very high (always has been even before I was over weight) anyone else experience this the surgeon taking you off meds but you are unsure ?

They ask for payment but if you explain they will bill you they wont turn you away if you need medical treatment also once your dehydrated its hard to catch up by just sipping get a IV get hydrated and you will probably find its easier to drink afterwards

Effexor XR is a capsule if you shake it you can hear the meds inside those lil balls are suppose to break down and release slowly I could see where you wouldn't get the full benfit from it after surgery I feel like I need to be on something since I've had surgery I am very easily aggregated 90% of the time I never knew how much I used food to calm me down esp at work when its stressful guess that's how I got a 100lbs over weight!

I never knew how much I used food to stuff my emotions down Im 10 weeks out and very easily aggravated everythig seems to get on my nerves very quickly yes I know count to 10 ... take a walk .... I guess I just needed to vent a little here I feel like such a b***h most of the time I hear myself then feel guilty about being so quick to snap

I hate to cook but that sounds and looks so yummy I will be at the store tomorrow!!

Very sad I got on the scale today and gained 3lbs ... im pretty sure its fluid since I take a BP med for excess fluid that I haven't taken since surgery but its still no fun seeing the scale go up been a all around awful day when I was pre op this would be the kind of day I would just stuff my face and let food soothe my soul ugh

I totally suck at cooking and what I thought would be easy to make I don't like post surgery eggs make my tummy hurt .. tuna and chicken salad make me wanna gag! Any other easy to throw together meals that don't require good cooking skills also getting tried of lean deli thin turkey meat
