Here's the very positive thing about your statement - YOU HAVE SELF AWARENESS. Seriously that's most of the battle. You'll adjust and get your groove back! You'll go from b***h to sleek and sassy!

Thanks! I like Sassy I'll take it hehe :)

You are not alone!

I am 16 weeks out and still have mind games and anger issues.

I just walk away and lock myself in my room. it is sad that some days I can't even stand myself.

My kids are secretly wishing mom wont be a b***h anymore I'm sure!

Best word of advise.... Find a psychologist to talk to NOW! You need tools to deal with your emotional eating because now that you can not do that you need a new way to cope. There is nothing wrong with it... You realizing its a problem is the first step. Just like wls is a tool for you to use for a healthy body... Now you need tools for a healthy mind, so that your mind and body will heal together and you will truly be a healthier you! Best of luck! We are all here...

I find it so much easier to "talk" on here than in person to someone I get so uncomfortable I've never been good with talking my feelings out to someone else ugh just thinkin about talkin to someone gives me a huge stress ball in my stomach as far as drinkin how do you over come that uncomfortable feeling when sharing in person

I was the same way. It is much better after the first couple of months!

Your hormones level out and it is just easier. You also feel so much better!
