I have added salsa and added it to salad

I just mix a little low fat mayo in with it and throw in a spoonful or so of pickle relish and mustard if I am really getting crazy. no exact measurements. the mustard might be too much for some but I actually do not care for salmon, I just eat it because its healthy so anything to cover the taste is good in my book.

I just made salmon burgers. Add an egg, 1/2 cup of quick oats, some salt pepper and garlic. Form into 2 oz patties and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.

Soy sauce and a dash of sesame oil. YUM.

I do this with canned salmon. Yummy!

I never liked it till my DIL sautéed it for me with spices and I'm hooked. Just depends how,it's made I guess.

Find a soy, burbon and brown sugar recipe on the Internet. Marinate overnight, grill or bake. It's amazing! 21 grams of protein in a 4 oz serving of salmon!
