An option not mentioned here is to mix with almond flour, low fat cheese, and egg whites to make seeded crackers. Really good with soups, salads, or dips like hummus.

I'd probably bake them into some homemade sourdough bread. Something akin to Whole Foods Seeduction Bread for those that are familiar with it?

I can’t even remember why I ordered these seeds. So sad ? . It’s a super 5 seeds mix (brown flax seeds, hulled sesame seeds, sunflower kernels, pumpkin kernels, and black chia seeds). I wanted them for some recipe I’m sure but it took so long to get them I forget. Does anyone have any tips of where to incorporate them?
