Say Something Nice About The Last Poster

Recommended Posts

I got this idea from another website and I thought it was pretty genious. It can be anything from personality to looks.

Since no one has posted in this thread before me, I'll choose someone at random. I choose Ms skinnyness: She is just a gem. She's a hard worker and even though she can be a little tough on herself I do admire that. That is what it takes to get the job done! :)

ETA: Aaaannndddd she's a cutie!

There are so many nice things I could say about you lilMissDiva! You have been one of my role models since the first time I got on here. You keep it real without being preachy or condesending. I love reading your posts. Keep up the good work. And you are a cutie too.

Lyndynojo -

You look incredible in your progress pictures - and only 7 pounds from goal is incredible. Plus through your posts you are always kind and respectful while still offering your opinion. You are doing awesome, keep it up =)

Well...I don't know much about you Izuri, and you've got no picture up (!!!) but you've got an interesting tattoo that I'm still trying to figure out, and you are always encouraging of my posts, even when i'm blathering on! You seem to be doing very well, and you're learning a lot from people on this site. Keep up the good work!

Izuri- time and time again you help people with stalls and motivation and advice, it's always well said and to the point! To me you're a familiar name (and avatar) that makes me feel like part of a community!

Oh and I like your questions too! Always so humble :D

I don't know if I could pinpoint just one person here. Anytime I've had a problem or needed advice so many jump in. So I think I want to say that everyone here is exceptionally special in their own journey and also the journey of the rest of us. You are all making amazing progress and I don't think it would have been as easy for me if I didn't have you all and this site. So thank you everyone!!!!

@Lissa, You are just incredible and you are always jumping right in to help anyone with the distress call. You are a very hard working lady and you deserve every bit of happiness that is coming to you right now. Thank you for all you do around here. :) And of course, you are looking fabulous!!

@mdefabio, So true EVERYONE here deserves recognition. This website is for and about support and we do a darned good job at it. But since you are the very last person to post, I'll go ahead and give you some kudos. ;)

Congrats to you for doing so well in only 2 months out! You're looking great and based on what I've read so far you sound very happy! That's what I'm talkin' about!

LMD,

You are such a genuine person, you take the time to understand & relate to each of us as individuals. I appreciate you so much your dedication to not only this forum but the people it embodies is remarkable. I only hope that one day I too can be more like you in these aspects.

OTR, I love your approach to advice. It is straight-forward and honest. Gentle when needed, but always honest. You have the tact that I lack at times.

You are a great, needed member on the board.

Thanks!

PDX,

You're always willing to give good, sound advice, even when you don't agree with a poster. You're level headed, and don't mind going the extra mile to make sure someone understands. You're one of my fave posters.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
