I haven't been able to try this recipe yet because I'm just 3 days post op. I plan to try it when I get to the soft food stage because it sounds so good! This recipe is from the unjury website:

UNJURY chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

*Use Reduced Fat Creamy Jif Peanut Butter1

*1 recipe makes 11 balls

Measure 3/4 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter and add to mixing bowl

Add 3 scoops of UNJURY Chocolate Splendor or UNJURY Chocolate Classic, 1 scoop at a time, stirring well after each scoop until dough is formed

Roll dough into 11 balls

Freeze overnight2

Optional additions: dried fruit (raisins, cranberries or cherries), spices (cinnamon or nutmeg), oatmeal, chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)

Nutrition Facts per ball (makes 11):

10 grams Protein, 9 grams carbohydrate, 6.5 grams fat, 3 grams sugar, 131 calories

I love my mocha Protein shake ...

1 scoop unjury chocolate Classic powder

8oz. 1% milk

1 tsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp. Instant decaf coffee

A few ice cubes

Blend & enjoy!

29 grams of protein!

The first one I've been able to get down post surgery (actually I'm really enjoying it) skim milk, scoop of Unjury chocolate splendor, 1 tsp coffee extract 1 tsp raspberry extract. Blended

I like it, but I haven't tried the isopure to compare it to. The chicken flavor taste like ramen, which I enjoy. I don't care for the chocolate unless I add an extract to it- but I haven't liked any of the straight chocolates I've tried without a flavor, so I wouldn't read too much into that.

@Summer, Unjury is good. I didn't care for the strawberry sorbet. The chocolate classic & vanilla are good, splendor is really sweet. & Unflavored is good for mixing w/ foods/soup.

Where do you purchase the SF syrups from

Well, if you're lucky enough to live near the one and only Jungle Jim's International Market in Fairfield, OH, they carry nearly every flavor of syrup that Torani makes. If not, you can order from their website: www.torani.com. They have 34 flavors just of the sugar free syrups, not to mention all their other ones. Happy hunting!!!

I found torani on Amazon.

WHERE DO YALL GET THE SYRUPS :)

I got mine at World Market.

Vitalady also has the syrups - they are the big bottles.

8oz milk

1 scoop chocolate Protein powder

2T PB2 (powdered peanut butter)

SF caramel syrup

Absolutely my fav and go to protein shake. I never get sick of it!

Sometimes I add SF English Toffee syrup. yum!!!

This sounded so good I ordered the pb2, but I couldn't help notice the second ingredient was sugar..... Aren't we suppose to stay away from sugar?
