Lots of good ideas. Hmmmm.....my bucket list:

1.Jet skiing

2.Wear a 2 piece bathing suite

3.Having the vision that I see of me coming down the isle in my dream wedding gown and feeling on top of the world on that day.

4.Being able to wear nice sexy dresses to nice slacks to even jeans without feeling uncomfortable or marks on my stomach or having to wear an xtra undergarment to make my clothes look like something.

4.Go horseback riding

5.Lol....dance for my fiancée with his favorite football jersey on and a pair of stilettos without getting tired sooner than I'd like to and to also feel more confident while doing it.

6.Both of my daughters are cheerleaders so I'd like to be able to have the energy to want to be out there with them and not wanna just be home. And to do a cartwheel again and not be scared....lol

7.I loooovvveeee dancing. Id like to take up an African dance and or Hip Hop. I WILL be doing Zumba without a doubt.

8.Do more with my girls without getting tired so fast

9.Shop in the NON PLUS SIZE SIDE

10Help encourage others that may be dealing with weight loss thru my story how they to can get back to good health.

And I really want to rock my own style - not settle for whatever I can find that fits.

AND I want to set a good example for my daughter - health' date=' fitness and self confidence[/quote']

I feel u on your whole quote. My oldest daughter father side of the family has diabetes really bad. And I have been keeping a watchon her health and sugar but I did tell her that this transition that I'm about to make is not only for me but for my whole house. We are all gonna do it together, I'm just gonna be the only one to get sleeved. Good luck to u!

1. CLOTHES!!! I love nice things, and look foward to buying some beautiful things without hiking down to the basement in the PLUS section!

2. Have a huge party celebrating my new body.

3. Heels. High heels without killing my knees or my feet.

4. Crossing my legs. Comfortably.

5. Did I say CLOTHES??!!!

And if they're not in the basement they're in the dark corners of the store where the "normal" people don't have to be subjected to seeing us!

I want to join Facebook and post pictures of my life without thinking about my weight. When I reach goal I WILL do it.

I want to be fit. Very fit. I'm working on that now and with time it will only get better.

I want to start dating again... at some point. Maybe after goal, maybe after plastics, and then again - maybe tomorrow.

I want to go to my reunion instead of finding a excuse not to due to me not being comfortable with my weight.

Ooooh that's a good one. My 20th is next summer but I may be on a cruise with my real HS friends ;). We may just have to Skype! Haha.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
