I am Pre op so I haven't ordered anything yet but our clinic also recommended bariatriceating.com for recipes and shopping... I dont know what shipping cost are but anytime I shop online I go to retailmenot.com and look to see which websites have coupons.

A lot of people have said they like it. I don't like it. I find it very gritty mixed in shakes. I've never tried mixing it with Water to make pb the way they say you can.

I like it. But I use almond or hazelnut Torani Syrup more.
