Body Fortress Advanced Whey Protein

Cost has always been an issue for me and even though I like some of the other brands, this brand is only $15 at Walmart for a tub. Two scoops = 52 g protein so add skim milk to it and you have over 60 g of protein to one shake! It's not too bad either and has less than 4 g carbs and sugar.

I was just looking at this on the website... so helpful! I'm going to give it a try since I know cost will be an issue for me.

I really like this brand . I started adding 1/2 a scoop to 20oz of Crystal Light. Vanilla mixed with orange tastes like a creamscicle. Yum!

I've been using the chocolate peanut butter one. One scoop with 8 oz skim milk and a couple ice cubes in a blender. Unjury is the only powder that I think had a slightly better taste, but it is like $23 for 17 servings, the body fortress is like $15 for 24 servings, yep, good choice.

Funny you should mention this I just bought some in vanilla and was wondering what it would taste like with my orange crystal light.. good eh?

I use this brand too! Very afordable.. :) i have strawberry.. 1 scoop of powder, 1/2 cup of frozen berries, 8 oz of light soy milk, 4 ice cubes! Yummy!!

Sometimes I make more shake than I can drink in one sitting. Do you just keep it in the frig & pour yourself a small glass at a time? Doesn't it separate? I've been tossing what's left over, but that seems such a waste. What do y'all do?

I love the chocolate, I use 1 scoop powder, 1/2 to 1 cup 1% milk , add crushed ice and use blender. The vanilla I do the same but add additional small amounts of sugar free pudding mix or fruit, or the sugar free drink mixes.

And if I have left overs I. Just store in the fridge until my next meal or snack. I used to make extra and take to work with me. But now several people I work with drink it to so we just keep milk and a blender at work. Try the vanilla with cherry limeade sugar free drink mix from Walmart

Yumm! That sounds good! I am addicted to that cherry limeade drink itself!

This protein powder is becoming quite popular. Yesterday for the first time in the store I saw cookies and cream and strawberry.
