I suggest you go back to square 1. If you need to, go back to the liquid diet or at least the full liquid diet.

Weigh and measure everything that goes into your mouth. Get that Water in. Get the Protein in first.

Keep a food and exercise diary! Walking is better than anything to get started! YOU CAN DO IT!

The latest study out said that 36% of us regain all or most of our weight back. This is because we don't change our life style and the way we think about food. . We go back to way we were. This sleeve we got is only a tool. NOT a cure. I would go back to your doctor and talk to them. If you went to Mexico. Go see a dietitian. They will help you get back on track.

You have just made the first step now. Now get out there and finish it. We will be here for you.

I agree. You may not have to go all the way back to liquids, but Portion Control seems like a logical place to start.

That and lots of Water. Oh, you so do not want to go backwards!!!

Good luck to you. It will be work, for sure, but so worth it. Think of all you have gained by being normal sized!!!

Thanks I thought about calling my doctor back tomorrow. I was exercising a lot then I stopped. What is the best liquid Protein for us to drink?

The best is whey Protein isolate. My top 2 recommendations are Unjury® and Syntrax Nectar®

I'd also recommend getting an accountability partner. One that will be honest with you when you start down the wrong path.

You can do it. You still have your tool, you just have to get back on track.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
