Anyone 70 Lbs Or Less To Loose?

I "only" have 70 lbs to loose. I know since i have less to loose I will loose slower. I'm wondering how much can I expect to loose the first month and how long has it taken others to make it to a 70 lbs loss goal.

I needed to lose 54 lbs to get to my normal BMI goal, I lost 64 lbs in 9 months. I've been at goal for 15 months now, 2 years post op.

I only need to lose 50lbs to make it to my goal weight, I was sleeved 3 weeks ago and down 20lbs so far.

I am on the same boat. My BMI is 36 and I have high blood pressure. I am starting my "supervised diet" for insurance so I still have a ways to go. I actually hope to lose it a little slow (just a little lol)..I hope to be able to work out while losing and MAYBE try and control some of the saggy skin that can accompany the quick loss.

Getting sleeved tomorrow with 70 to lose

Oh wow GOODLUCK and please keep us posted! :)

I have 70-90 to lose. I'm two weeks out and have lost about 16 lbs since surgery.

Yay! Congrats to you! Which dr. are you going to?

I was a 32 BMI and lost 20 lbs in the first month. I feel great but and still adjusting to the extreme low quantity of foods. I expect to lose may 1-3 lbs a week from here on out.

Surgery was 8/13
