I like switching between protein bars and drinks. But protein bars tend to give me gas. Does this happen to anyone else? And have you found a protein bar that doesn't have that effect?

Thanks guys! I appreciate your suggestions. I was mainly eating the premier bars. I have switched to a Detour bars. Problem solved! These do have more carbs but I only eat one a day.

Grilled shrimp, chicken, steak and veggies. I try to stay away from processed foods in general. Greek yogurt, popcorn, and Popsicles for snacks. Occasional brown rice. -

I'm miserable. 8 days out and severely constipated. I've tried stool softners, fiber chewables and an enema. Still no relief. I have a call into the dr about having a colonic. Anyone had one after surgery? If so, how far out from surgery when you had it?
