We're sleeve sisters! Mine's in Torrance, CA, how about you?

Hey! I'm December 10th too! I have to do a 2 week pre-op using a product called Smartforme. There are drink mixes & various foods that are high in protein. For dinner I am able to eat a low-cal, low-fat diet, which is nice to be able to eat with my kids. 24hours before surgery I have to go all liquid. :)

I havent gotten my pre-op instructions yet. I had tried a few years ago and got turned down by insurance at the last minute, that pre-op diet was 3 shakes a day for 2 weeks.

Nice! Johns Hopkins, Baltimore Maryland!!

7 days at 1,000 calories or less, then 3 days of liquids.
