    Hi all! Surgery will on 12/4/12. My doctor (Michael Schweitzer) does not require a pre-op diet only 24 hrs prior surgery. I would like to loose some weight before surgery and don't know what to do. Any advice on pre-op diets? Thanks!

    Same here!! I was approved last week by Cigna after two denials..Waiting on surgery date with Dr. Michael Schweitzer at Johns Hopkins Medical Center..
