  22. I can offer a different perspective. I haven't been following the rules and I have gained about 13 lbs. I'm 19 months out and did very well for the first year. I don't think they're being mean spirited, just trying to help you. I wish I would have had someone in my face. I wish you all the best on your journey.
  23. Not one regret - ever!

  25. Good luck tomorrow! Like the others' I wore two hospital gowns for my strolls down the hall. I'd recommend extra panties, because you can't trust a fart in those early days. Congratulations for taking this first step toward a healthy, new you!
  26. That's wonderful news on all fronts! Hope you have a wonderful time in jolly old England!
  27. It's definitely not the easy way out! I'm 1-1/2 years post op and have had zero regret. The most important thing, in my opinion, is to follow your doctor's orders. If you do that, you should have great success. Good luck to you!
  28. I'm so intrigued by this thread. Does evoo have a bad effect on cholesterol? I'd really like to try this, but already have high cholesterol. I'm 1-1/2 years post op and have put back on 9 lbs.
