No as I can't stand the taste of yogurt ???? but these pills seem to be helping a lot.

My doctor told me to get started on something called Probiotics. One a day for two weeks he said it should clear it up? Anyone else with this issue or have tried Probiotics?

My doctor said I should be ok to enjoy a vodka now and then. He advised me that it would hit be a lot faster now then before. Your thoughts??

I had 2K out of pocket but that's it! Aetna gets to pay the rest! Lucky little Ins. Co.

So I had my RNY done in 8/10/15 and due to a couple of complications I was in ICU longer and my hospital bill came in at $176,870.00. So now Aetna contacts me and asked if I had any other insurances they might be able to share the cost with? I said NOPE just you sweet people at Aetna LOL.

I had my RNY done on 8/10/15 and as of yesterday I am down 100 and feeling AMAZING!!! I only have about 45 more to go and my question is how does our body or system know it's time to stop losing more weight? It's coming off so fast it's almost scary not knowing if it's going to stop when I need it to?

I have started a new love for black Beans, chili & anything that's ground with beans and Soups. Does anyone see any issues with this way of eating? Also please keep in mind the max I will eat is maybe a 1/4 to 1/2. I have no desire for steak, chick pieces, or anything that I can chew up really really small. Sounds like my RNY is working great cause my taste has for sure changed for the good! Anyone else finding they are similar to my info above? Thanks y'all ????????

@@GAWildKat that's what I am going to do tomorrow is reach out to my doctor and ask him.

I've already lost a large patch of hair where my Bi-pap touches me head when I sleep. I don't wanna be balled It kinda looks like a barber made a mistake but they didn't haha
