  21. Started around the 12th. I took a stool softener because I hadn't gone in over a week. well, the stool softener did its job but I haven't been the same since.   23. TMI disclaimer: I can't stop the diarrhea and cramping. It occurs every time I drink or eat something. Is this normal? I'm scared of becoming dehydrated.
