Hi everyone! I am new to this site, and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Barb. I am scheduled for my sleeve surgery next month. I cannot wait to have my surgery and begin my healthy new life!!! I am a mom of a two year old boy who has a lot of energy. I want to be a healthy energetic mom that teaches my son to have a healthy, active life!

Pre op is 3 protein meal replacement shakes and one small low in fat meal per day. Day before surgery only liquids, and nothing after midnight day of surgery

Absolutely! I leave for vacation tomorrow and return on 11/30 ... Which is exactly when I need to begin the pre-op diet!

Do you mind me asking what your starting weight was? I am pre op .... and trying to figure out what to expect.

I will be on for 2 weeks.... Actually 13 days because of when I come back from vacation. My Nut is letting me start the day after I come back.
