Tips & Tricks!

Hey everyone! I was sleeved on 7/17 and have lost 53 lbs! I need to lose at least a hundred more... I'm scared I won't be Able to do that it the 6-9 month range. I need some tips, tricks, & advice on how to lose all of this! The first 30 dropped like it was nothing... Now not so much.... Help!!

Write it down, measure and weight now and then... remember stalls happen, some lose all their weight quickly, especially the guys... but some do not. If you reach goal at two years does that make you a failure? No way! Just live your life and the protein first rule, the no drinking after eating rule, and the get some exercise in rule DO help a lot. The weight comes off slower and slower as time goes by. That is OK.
