Hello everyone, congratulations to all. I had Gastric Sleeve on July 11, 2012 started at 260lbs now at 175lbs. I have stop losing the weight but is because I barely eat or take my Protein and Vitamin intake. Can you please help and tell me what you eat and how much. Thanks

I was sleeved on the 11th having cramping. I am on soft foods now but not ready for that level. Think i am sticking w the puree stage for another week- Post Surgery Pain

Hi to be honest everything is In our heads but it could be. I am a sugar person too love sweets but I had my surgery on july 11 and honestly don't miss it I use now splenda granulated for my farinas and oatmeals.- Woo Hoo...16 Work Pants!

I felt the same way i start my soft food tomorrow and is my 14 day out. It freaks me out just thinking about getting a leak but lets hope it does n't happen to us. Becareful on what u eat if u don't feel comfortable don't try it. Good Luck sending positive vibe ur way.- Down 110 At 5Months Post Op!
