  14. Good ideas! Wendy's also has all their salads in a half size.
  15. Well, i forgot my lunch at home. What are some sleeve friendly fast food or restaurant options? I've had pintos and cheese from taco bell. I've done a grilled chicken sandwich witness no bread. Just a baked sweet potato. Any other ideas???

  18. I saw a recipe in a prevention book that included this frozen yogurt, cocoa powder, Protein powder, and a few other things I can't remember off hand. It looked sooooo good. Im going to try to find this next week.

  21. Honestly as simple as it sounds, walking. Im about a week out too. Had it done on Monday. Walking helps whenever I feel that pressure from air.

  25. Forgot to say that includes the 8 pounds lost on the pre diet.
  26. AND a clear bill of health from the doctor. YES!! My journey continues. :-)
  27. I agree!! Smaller portions and more movement is the answer I will give! :-)
  28. I work in healthcare as well. And for the same reasons will NOT tell them. Its my health and my business. We must have the same coworkers! Because since one of my coworkers told one person she was diabetic, they are all over her food choices and have comments every time she reaches for foods. They have also waited until another person walked away before sharing "you know she had that bypass right??" I don't want to be apart of the gossip.
  29. I'm sure that has to be a way to stop them. Blocking certain people would also be a great benefit. :-)
  30. MyThic... Im fine. Just got out of the hospital today. They kept me an extra day because i couldn't keep liquids down. Stomach is still tender and I felt ever single bump on the drive home. But Im in the losers bench. :-)
  31. I can't wait to feel awesome! :-) thanks for the post. And i just noticed my autocorrect mistake in my first reply. "Iraq"???? Really??? LOL
  32. They would probably never post about a mistake or admit. Or maybe they really are just that perfect. The back and forth that I've read on this post has turned me off. There is a way to say things. When im talking to a friend in person the tone would be completely different than a stranger online. People can read into text several different ways. And any help you tried to provide is lost because you come off as a jerk. If you have a few people telling you that your tone is harsh, or moderators posting rules to remind you to be respectful, maybe you should check yourself.
  33. VERY WELL SAID!! It shocks me when people have the nerve to be so rude and judgmental. We aren't perfect. This is a tool, not a fix or cure all. Take it one day at a time and get back on the wagon.
  34. I had surgery on Dec 17. Im still having problems keeping anything down. My doctor said we would give it sometime and try again today.
