Almost a week out

Hey guys I am trying to learn more about what all to expect and compare really.

I am still having some pain, mainly when I deal with the air getting into my stomach, How did you guys deal with that? Any suggestions?

Honestly as simple as it sounds, walking. Im about a week out too. Had it done on Monday. Walking helps whenever I feel that pressure from air.

Yep, move around as much as you can and burp.

You might want to try eating standing up. My nurse in the hospital gave me this tip and it does work. also no straws. I'm a month out and if I use a straw it get really bad pain. Just sipping from a cup is fine though.
